Powder Processing Technology
Ultra-microparticulation
To meet the needs of cutting-edge fields such as electronic material components, which are becoming increasingly miniaturized, we have established the technology to manufacture nano-level ultrafine particles through proprietary processes such as the hydrothermal method.
Particle shape control
We have the technology to freely control the particle growth process.The stable production and supply of powders in various shapes, such as columnar, plate, needle, and petal, enable high functionality in product applications.
Surface treatments
By coating powder surfaces with different types of compounds, we develop powder products with a variety of special functions, including suppression of activation, agglomeration prevention, and improved dispersion and stability.

Titanium dioxide, used as a pigment in paints, has a strong oxidizing effect and decomposes organic matter when exposed to ultraviolet rays, but coating the surface of the powder with an inorganic substance eliminates this activity and enhances the stability of the paint product.

Organic Sulfur Compounds
We develop and manufacture a variety of organic sulfur compounds as materials for resin products that are indispensable in people's lives, including optical and electronic materials.In particular, β-mercaptopropionic acid, a raw material used in plastic lenses with a high refractive index, is a special product manufactured by only two companies in the world and is proof of the Group's advanced technological capabilities.
Organic Phosphorous Compounds
In the field of organic phosphorus compounds as well, we have developed and supplied a wide variety of products to industry, including extreme pressure agents for lubricating oils, antioxidants to prevent degradation of plastics, flame retardants for improving fire resistance, dispersants, and catalysts.We are also conducting research aimed at expanding into new fields by applying the advanced synthesis technologies we have cultivated.
